Is there an order for the messages to be sent in?  I'm trying to  
figure it out for the moment for EI7IG-1

What I've sent so far to EI7IG-2 is
PARM.Battery,PV
UNIT.Volts,Amps
EQNS.0,16.8,0
BITS.00000000,Nowt

So I'm sitting here puzzled. I wonder Alan how you got on?
