[aprssig] Yaesu VX-8R APRS at Tokyo Ham Fair

I had hoped someone would pick up the ball that Kenwood dropped.  I 
don't think at those prices they will sell many at first but thats how 
thinks work. 

The Standard logos give it a retro look.  I wonder if it's going to be 
rebadged under Yaesu?
