W3ADO-1 is the default callsign when PCSAT-1 crashes. But for years it just flies in this crashed mode and so we allow people to use it if they can get in a lucky packet. But on the critical day 3 times a year as we go into full sun, we need unlimited access to all avaliable power as we try to login and get a restore out of the old bird. We don't want any competition on that day. And since that day is coming up in the next few days, we woiuld like everyone to change their PATH to be VIA ARISS or VIA PCSAT-1 so that they are not using up critical W3ADO-1 power while we are tyring to restore operation. When we get it restored, then the above callsigns will work.
