[aprssig] Mic-E TYPE codes

Since each Mic-E has a TYPE code, I need to make sure the list is up-to-date for new hardware and software that transmit in Mic-E format. If any new manufacturer intends to transmit Mic-E format and wants to be decoded as something other than a generic "Mic-E", then I need to hear from you to reserve a TYPE code for the list: www.aprs.org/aprs12/mic-e-types.txt I currently have Kenwood, Yaesu and Byonics.
