[aprssig] 16x16 icon set on transparent background?

Yah, I had found those.  They're all in two files, however.  I was looking
for them to be broken out.  I'll likely just retrieve all the individual
ones from Gerhards server (unless he happens to have them packaged up in one
handy tar/tgz/zip file :) ).
