[aprssig] Nuvi messaging

You're right, there is a race condition, and I'd considered that.
There's no way to track the the reply is to - the timestamp is
associated with when the message is sent and not when it's started - so
it's certainly a risk.

Most of the time, though, I expect users are only talking to one person.
You'll still get a notification if a new message comes in while you're
typing - it makes a chime noise and shows a letter icon on the screen.

I'll certainly consider putting in a feature request with Garmin to add
a 'reply' button, but I don't expect they'll want to clutter up their
nice, simple interface. Maybe I could talk them into including the
message ID of the last message received at the time the message was started.

In any case, if you're worried about it, you can just include the callsign.

I did get the message origination working yesterday, so you can specify
the destination call now. It's also displaying bulletins. That'll
probably have to be an option, since it might get annoying in some places.
