   In a nutshell, there's been a *huge* upheaval in the CWOP/Weather 
reporting over the last couple of days.  There's been a lot of bickering 
back and forth between some of the important server operators about 
weather reporting.   The latest recommendations for addresses to use can 
be found at:

http://www.wxqa.com/news.html

   But be warned that there are reporting coming in on the wxqa list 
that the recommended address isn't reliably posting data.
