The text "[Unsupported packet format]" is coming from aprs.fi, because the
APRS parser there didn't recognize the packet contents. The actual data
contents of the packet is just "K7IOC". So it appears that you are sending
a static beacon with your callsign instead of the GPS NMEA location
information.
