[aprssig] GE Delta UHF

Hi, all.  I have  GE Delta UHF radio that is programmed and tuned for the
ham bands.  An apparently unsuccessful 9600 baud conversion was done on it
and I can't seem to get it working on 9600 baud.  Is there anyone that has
done any 9600 baud conversions on these radios that might be able to lend
some assistance?  Thanks!
