Well, since I have always been one to work around stuff like that, I noticed there is no mention of a ban on the following items: Laptop computer with Non-Ham radio programming software & programming cables Your favorite Non-Ham radio ( Motorola, Kenwood, Etc. ) tk Thomas E.
