  If I connect to the APRS IS as VK4TEC, then I see traffic gated via ISS
but does not make it back to the APRS IS, as I am the only one hearing it.

  What happnes, if I get UI-VIEW to login to the APRS IS as VK4TEC but
change the TNC callsign to VK4TEC-6 ?

  Will the VK4TEC connection to the IS, pass the data that was once blocked,
because now I am using VK4TEC-6 on air ?

  I am sometimes the only station on the ISS and I want the traffic to make
it back to the APRS IS
