[aprssig] APRS DOS a time for change?

Brian,

That isn't true, you can connect to any server with WinAPRS, and if you 
use port 14580, then go to Send Message, direct your message to SERVER 
then Place "filter m/100" or whatever, and you will get what you're 
after.. It works very well...
