[aprssig] OT: Packet repeater

Can anyone point me to a resource for making a bit regenerating packet
repeater?  I think it should be able to be done with the tapr 2 clone modem
disconnect header.

I know that it's useless to say, but please reply off sig.  I don't want to
hijack the aprs sig for this topic.
