[aprssig] Delayed traffic ?

This is the first time I have seen this, the other day i was looking at logs
of ISS.

I had 3 independant tracking systems telling me that ISS was over water out
in an ocean no where near me.

And yet i saw some data logged from the IS that was out of sink.

So I thought it may be a station doing a replay but there was more than one
station involved.

ISS went down below the horizon at 19:14 local, and then while I was getting
ready for the next pass, I noticed this "extra" data came in from the APRS
IS.

The data in this log, comes from a perl script that writes live to a file.

I know the ISS times are correct, because I heard the satellite. ie the sat
times are correct.
