Adding, to the above the problem continues in that we lack a strategy for assuring that the information is fully accurate, timely and dependable. These are the things that can change with a defined strategy along with repeated coaching and teaching.
Once *we* can demonstrate reliable, meaningful objects to ourselves, we can do so to the EFR community and APRS' value will increase exponentially.
