I noticed a balloon launch for  W9YJ-11 today. I just took a peek and it 
appears to be using a path of WIDE1-1. From 17,000 metres, how many 
WIDE1-1 digis will it bounce off? If it comes down in Canada, it will be 
seized and reprogrammed to use no path at altitude before it is 
released! ;-)
