[aprssig] info for TM-D710E in car

??  Why try to supply full capability power (50+ W) to the radio during
cranking?  Everyone is thinking another  40-60 AH battery.  It'll only be
receiving.  2 diodes and a 2 AH battery will do it whether it is a full 0 volt
dropout or a 9 volt cranking brown-out.  Then another diode and resistor for
charging.   It'll probably even do an APRS beacon.
   The 13.8 booster may do it if it gets enough voltage while cranking.
