[aprssig] New HT VX8-R from YAESU has APRS support!!!

I was able to touch it (Late Sunday morning at Dayton) but not allowed to
push buttons.  The battery was dead on it anyway.  I think APRS is an add on
option to the radio.  Hopefully it isn't a $200 option like most "digital"
options are now-a-days.
