[aprssig] Anyone on from Houston?

I will be travelling to Houston soon, and know NO ONE there. It is for "Business". Anyone care to meet or tell me where to go to have a drink (hang out) ? I will not have a car (company Hotel) and will be in the area of Hilton Houston, North.

(tell me it's not DEAD out there, and there's more then other hotels in the area) Repeaters in the area ? I need frequencies for that area, my HT output is not what it should be.
