Yes, I see about 90% not using the new standard format. The only way to change this is to send them a message suggesting they consider a change to the standard format. And looking them up and sending them email if they are using a tracker. I try to spend about 30 minutes a week, helping people with these problems and sending them emails... This hands-on individual approach is the only thing that helps people learn about things that need to be updated. Good luck.. Bob, WB4APR
