Finally made some progress on my APRS Buoy project.

This model only needs to float a few weeks for tracking ocean
currents and then be recovered.  SO it only needs two lantern
batteries, a MicroTrak8000 FA tracker and Byonics GPS.

Today we finished the Antenna, and I must say, it is the first
coaxial whip dipole in a pipe that I have gotten the SWR down to
a perfect 1.0!
