[aprssig] Hybrids on APRS

If anyone wants to show their Hybrid on APRS, I suggest an "H"
overlay CAR symbol.  That way, we can search for all APRS
Hybrids using this link:

Only one I see right now is the Spirit of DC PHEV which just
arrived today in Annapolis.  It is driving all across America to
show Plug-in Hybrid technology.  But I'll switch mine over when
I drive home today.

To set your symbol to an H overlay, select the ">" car symbol
and then select overlay "H".
