[aprssig] Windows XP Service Pack 3

[Mark Crosbie - N 8 M N I]

Windows XP SP3 and UI-View32 play well together. Along with HRD and DM780. Both programs run 24/7  on the same machine. No problems so far. Upgraded to SP3 when it first was released.

  We've rolled it and Vista SP1 out to roughly 3000 machines where I work and haven't had a problem.
