What about those 433MHz data modules? You'd need two of each for two-way data, but if only needing GPS - to - unit(s), then a pair will do. You'll also need to convert to/from TTL (easy), but I think they're not too expensive.. Probably have a bookmark somewhere... -- 73, Steve, K9DCI --- On Thu, 6/12/08, Jason KG4WSV <kg4wsv at gmail.com> wrote: From: Jason KG4WSV <kg4wsv at gmail.com> Subject: Re: [aprssig] RF broadcasting GPS data to local devices To: "TAPR APRS Mailing List" <aprssig at lists.tapr.org> Date: Thursday, June 12, 2008, 5:07 PM On Thu, Jun 12, 2008 at 3:13 PM, Bill Vodall WA7NWP <wa7nwp at gmail.com> wrote: > That's the right idea but I'm looking for separate receiver and > transmitters - at about a tenth the price. I guess theoretically you can have multiple receivers, but I've never played with them. -Jason kg4wsv _______________________________________________ aprssig mailing list aprssig at lists.tapr.org https://lists.tapr.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/aprssig -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
