[aprssig] APRS Net WV, MD, VA, PA

The closest thing I've seen is the APRS Weather Net out of Mt Holly,
NJ on Thursday nights. I have checked into that one, and I am also
going to try to check into this one also.

This should be an interesting experiment for them.
