He's also been experimenting with 3 other IDs! W6IFP-1, W6IFLP-1, and W619N-1. Boy, ARPS.FI is a really cool tool!!! Obviously my intervention two weeks ago did not dissaude the guy so I will file a formal complaint with FCC on Monday.
