Probably has his tracker GPS set to some weird map datum and is watching you all from a short distance looking for him. His second GPS is not connected to APRS and is on the correct map datum, so he has calculated an exact fixed error margin. Finding this guy, may be harder than you think ;-) 73s Jack VK4JRC
