BETTER IDEA!

Forget the repeater controller MFR's!  Simply convince Byonics
or OT to add a DTMF decoder to a basic tracker with 200 mW
transmitter.  DONE!

DTMF audio in ==>  200mw APRStt packet out to antenna on 144.39

In fact, I would rather have it done this way as an APRS add-on
to a repeater or any high-site voice receiver rather than having
to work with a dozen different competing repeater controller
programmers who do not yet quite understand APRS...

Sell one to every radio club in the country...  Hummh...
