I'd never heard of this GPS until I saw the news they had opened their API for 3rd party development. With built-in GPRS cell service (US$10 to $13 a month) this one seems ripe for an APRS application. http://www.engadget.com/2008/05/14/dash-opens-platform-up-for-third-party-developers/ http://www.dash.net/index.php I've been thinking it would be nice to have an open source GPS.
