Bob,

General announcements and bulletins don't require an add-on
in Ui-View. They have worked properly long before Roger passed
away. Every copy of Ui-View32 contains a very detailed help
section that explains how it works according to the APRS spec.

The original question was whether Xastir was capable of sending
bulletins. The answer is yes. It just takes a lot more human
intervention to get it done <g>. Hopefully, those who write the
patches for Xastir will take notice and bring it up to speed.

to send it to you. For everyone else... it's in the Index Section (help)
of Ui-View32. Look for BLN, ANN, etc.
