[aprssig] OpenAPRS has assumed "EMAIL" alias (was UniversalMessaging)

Bob, et all,

Support for javAPRSEmail style shortcuts is enabled for the EMAIL and E
addressee targets (yes per Bob's request E will gate APRS Messages to email
as well).
