[aprssig] TRAFFIC

Hi all
         Just a thought...
 
There is a Traffic addon for ui-view32  by Andy M0CYP but it only reports
data packets on the net work and usage / loading  UI-Traffic .
It shows up as a Blue circle with a ?

Traffic reports are being transmitted via APRS now.  I can't give a specific
locatiion or locations but I have seen them show up as "?" and the Icon name
is TRAFIC or some such thing.  But, I don't know what the source is or how
data is being assimilated.
