[aprssig] raw aprs data (missing on Findu)

   I see this every once-in-a-while. Perhaps one in ten - as a guess.  It will show a completely normal map position report, then report that no raw data is available.  Always puzzles me.
   I figure maybe it's that I'm using an older browser - Netscape 7.1. 
... or perhaps the position of the moon, or color of my socks.  Software is funny that way, you know.
