[aprssig] TRAFFIC

If you're running javAPRSsrvr as an IGate and have the status page
(default port 14501) accessible from the Internet, I can provide similar
telemetry as shown at:

http://aprs.fi/telemetry/KJ4ERJ/day
http://aprs.fi/telemetry/VE2PKT-10/day

I've got a monitor program that scrapes these values from the
appropriate section of the HTML status page and injects telemetry
packets to APRS-IS on the IGate's behalf. If you meet the criteria
above and would like your IGate monitored, please send me your callsign
and URL to access the javAPRSsrvr status page off-list.

Lynn (D) - KJ4ERJ - Tracking as KJ4ERJ-12

In this case it counts the packets received during the last ten minutes and sends that using telemetry format with an equation which divides it by ten to give a "packets per minute" figure.
