[aprssig] APRS on UHF?

There's a lot of existing infrastructure for 2M, so think we'd
experience a"lockwasher effect" if anyone ever tried to make an effort
to move to another band. Would it make more sense to have standard APRS
frequencies for 1.25M, 70cm, and 23cm?
