Local response to APRStt is that it is too costly, when access, travel costs, and all other costs are considered,  to add a chip to each repeater. Is this the only way to implement aprstt or is the 'sound card in a laptop' intended to do the same thing. In short, what is the cheapest, fastest, most practical way to implement aprstt on the repeater end?  ...Pse es tks de Rod, VE1BSK.
