Objects are essentially "fake" stations placed at locations other than 
that of the lat/long of the station that transmitted them.   As such, 
they are constrained by the field length for callsigns in packet/APRS; 
i.e. 9 characters equivalent to a six-character callsign plus the hyphen 
and a two-digit SSID.
