The Davis weather station requires a data module that fits in the back 
of the display console to provide a serial port. The standard version 
must be queried by software. Davis has come out with an alternate module 
for use in APRS applications that pushes the data in a way that allows 
direct connection to an APRS device.

I don't have the models numbers or prices for the data modules but all 
this is on the Davis website.
