[aprssig] Connecting Davis WX

We have already mastered the TNC connection, thats not the issue. The 
issue is connecting the Davis DIRECTLY to the Kenwood D710A as it says 
in the Kenwood operating manual.

NO external software is needed to do this. We have the Data logger for 
APRS which Davis supply.
