Really?

That would depend upon the topography and network in the area in
question, wouldn't it?

E.g., things are different in areas with high mountains with digis
(California?) on them and on wide plains (Northern Germany, USA's 'mid
west'?) with digis let's say fifteen to thirty meters above average
ground.
