Hi Stephen
                   You are correct you do not need Microsoft support to write VB6 code.
What you do need is for the OS vendor to continue to make your VB6 code compatable with their new operating systems. I do know that vb6 (at least one of my other programs) setup programs 
do not work in Vista.
