I went to the rules section of the park, they only restrict any device 
that puts out an audible sound.
aprs would not be affected by the rules.




rule 25     AUDIO DEVICES: Audio devices such as radios, televisions, 
cassette players, or cellular telephones may not be operated within the 
Park.
