Your packet:
KC8GKF-5>BEACON,RS0ISS-4*,SGATE,WIDE,qAR,N0AN:=4314.84N/08614.72Wy {UISS52}
This means 43 degrees 14.84 minutes north, 86 degrees 14.72 minutes west.
I am guessing that you are looking at a listing that uses decimal degrees which would be 43.2473333333333 and -86.2453333333333
The listing software you are looking at is correct for what is contained in your packet.
If you are at 43 degrees 14.84 minutes north and 86 degrees 14.72 minutes west, you have programmed your software correctly.
No one is pirating your callsign (at least in this case ;-).
Hope this helps clear up your misunderstanding.
