[aprssig] Transatlantic Balloon Attempt

Ok, we have the place (Binghamton, NY), approximate date (Wednesday-ish 
4/29), and type of tracker (BigRedBee).  Have the tracking callsign(s) 
been determined yet?  Maybe one complete e-mail with all of the 
pertinent details and maybe a web site (or blog) link would be helpful!
