[aprssig] USB to Serial Converter

Try finding any converter using the FTDI chip. I have always had 
excellent results using these. Their site is:

But I am not sure they sell there! The important thing is to find a 
product that uses their chip set. I built my own from a kit sold by 
SparkFun.
