[aprssig] Anyone Using an FT-450 w/PC Connection ?

I can not get my FT-450 to "talk" to my PC.
I have tried changing the baud rate of the software to computer 4800, 9600
and on the radio,
but it makes no difference.
Anyone else had this problem that got it working ?
The cable is NOT a NULL cable.
