ISS when astronatus set packet mode.  PCSAT (W3ADO-1) on
mid-day, passes if you are lucky. ECHo AO-51 when in BBS mode
and GO32 when operational.

5 watts can do it in the absence of QRM during the middle of the
pass.  More power just improves your chances of beating everyone
else.
