[aprssig] emergency beacon today

It just occurred to me that I think I remember that aprsworld.net used to
allow you to register your email and if an emergency beacon happened within
your specified range limit, you'd get an email. Anyone remember this? Is it
still available?

Where there's silence, there is no Hope.
