Try it this way:

> BText ;146.64 1m*111111z4005.34N/07712.55WrT067 +1MHz Net M
9PM SMRA

This avoids the "+" in the name will cause it not to show up on
most BROSWER applications, it preserves the automatic tone
setting of 67 Hz, and it has a nice place to put the +1MHz
offset.  It will show on a D700 mobile as:

146.64 1m
T067 +1MHz
 Net M 9PM
 SMRA

Which seems pretty good to me.
