As the PHG add-on in fact _is_ made for UI-View, and easy to implement
for UI-View users, that comment was really unnecessary. 
When istalled, the PHG add-on is like many other components, some part
of the 2.03 standard installation; some separate add-ons.
And to beacon a PHG statement is easy for UI-View users, with or
without the add-on. It's an easy task to enter the statement in the
status text or the Beacon comment.
